Terms of Service

The service is in public beta. The developer API is live and rate limited per key. Consumer billing is not live yet: paid consumer plans, saved-watchlist persistence and alerts are marked planned wherever they appear and cannot be purchased. When paid plans open, their pricing and terms will be posted at /pricing before any card is charged.

Everything Card Intel produces, including fair-value bands, confidence scores and manipulation flags, is a statistical statement about market data, provided for research purposes. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice, and it is never an accusation against any identifiable person, seller or marketplace. Decisions you make on the back of these signals are yours alone.

Accounts are created with an email address and a magic sign-in link. No password. You are responsible for access to the email address you register. API keys are personal credentials: do not share, resell or pool them.

Do not use the service to harass, defame or target any person or business; to republish flags as accusations; to circumvent rate limits or access controls; or to build a competing derivative data feed from the API without a separate agreement. Reasonable citation of Card Intel figures with attribution is welcome. That is the point of the methodology disclosures.

Surfaced flags carry a confidence band and cited evidence, and every flag has a rebuttal channel with a defined review window. Flags dismissed under review are removed from the public surface. The operational detail of that process is provided alongside the flag surface itself.

Marketplaces own their listings. Card Intel's value-add, meaning identity resolution, aggregates, flags and confidence scoring, belongs to Card Intel. You keep ownership of anything you build with API outputs, subject to the acceptable-use rules above.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. Market data is incomplete by nature. See Methodology for exactly what we can and cannot see. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Intel's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the beta is nothing.

These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
